My wife and I purchased a house from Mark about four years ago. We were a little concerned about purchasing a house without a warranty. We were told Mark always takes great care in everything he builds. We are very happy with our home and the subdivision it is in. Mark sold his home to move out west and even 2 years later when he came back to Ontario and even though there was no warranty he came right over when I had a question about a concrete issue in the garage. He had no problem having one of his trades over to fix the problem. I think he would be a great asset as a new home builder in Ontario. Good luck Mark.

We wanted to express our appreciation for all your hard work on our new home. As you know we met you when you were doing your open houses on the weekends a couple years ago. You had mentioned you had started another one down the street and told us to go down to have a walk around. The home must have only been 70% complete but we knew right then that this would be our next home. I was also pleased with your promptness of having our drywall issues fixed. Good luck with getting your tarion number. We think Ontario needs to have more builders who care.

It is very evident that Mark cares about the people he builds for. His workmanship, attention to detail, and effort to get the best trades available help make a very good final product. Mark, we wanted to extend our gratitude for our beautiful new home. When you told us you were going to be starting your own company and that you had started the whole tarion process we thought this would help you. We were very happy to see that you were always on the job site. And it really shows in the end product. After we went through your model home and saw some of your design ideas we also valued your input on anything from colour selection to overall design.
